Gentle Yoga is a new and dynamic full body workout. It combines several types of exercise, creating a balanced mixture between Pilates, dance and yoga. This class focuses on body alignment with the importance of posture. Using the full range of motion exercises to help create long and lean muscles through out the body. This class is a great choice for all levels of ability.
A series of movements that strengthen the entire body and ensures that no muscle is overlooked. We typically use body weight as a resistance to focus on alignment and optimal posture while enhancing body awareness, coordination, balance and overall strength.
